These terms apply when you use StudioKit at studiokit.ixlab.vn.

01About the service
StudioKit is a set of image and 360 tour tools operated by IX LAB. The basic image tools are free, with a daily run limit for visitors who are not signed in. The advanced tools — panoramas, 360 tours and spin sets — require an account and an active licence.
02Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens under your account. Registration details must be accurate. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and will explain why by email unless the law requires otherwise.
03Licences
Licences are issued as activation keys, tied to one account, with the term stated at issue. Renewals add to your remaining time rather than replacing it. When a licence expires, existing projects become read-only: you can still view and download them, but you cannot create new advanced projects and the IX LAB watermark returns to shared pages.
04Your content
You keep all rights to your images and projects. We store and process them only to provide the service you asked for, never for any other purpose, and never share them beyond the infrastructure providers listed in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to use the images you upload.
05What you may not do
Do not use the service to store or distribute content that breaks Vietnamese law or infringes someone else's privacy or intellectual property. Do not attempt to damage the system, work around technical limits, or probe for vulnerabilities without our written permission.
06Limits of liability
The service is provided as it is. We work to keep it running reliably but do not promise it will never be interrupted or free of faults. Always keep your own copy of original images elsewhere. To the extent the law allows, IX LAB's liability will not exceed what you paid for a licence in the previous 12 months.
07Changes to these terms
If we make a significant change we will announce it on the website or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new terms.
