Privacy Policy

What we collect, why, and how much control you have.

Last updated: 19 Aug 2026

01The principle: your images stay on your machine

Every basic image tool — compress, convert, resize, strip and view metadata — runs in JavaScript inside your browser. No image is sent to our servers. Images are only uploaded when you deliberately save a panorama or 360 tour project.

02What we store

Account: email, name and avatar (if you sign in with Google). Passwords are stored only as a hash that we cannot read. Licence: plan, expiry date and the key you activated. Projects: the images and settings you saved. Logs: which tool you used and when, sign-in events with browser details, and IP addresses stored only as a one-way hash — we never keep the raw address.

03Cookies

We use three cookies, all necessary for the service to work: your sign-in session, your light or dark theme choice, and the counter for free daily runs when you are not signed in. There are no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking scripts.

04Infrastructure providers

The website runs on Vercel. The database is hosted by Neon (Singapore region). Project images are stored on Cloudflare R2. Transactional email is sent through Resend. Google handles sign-in when you choose it. These providers process data on our behalf to run the service and may not use it for their own purposes.

05How long we keep it

Account and project data is kept until you ask us to delete your account. Usage and sign-in logs are kept for at most 12 months and then removed.

06Your rights

You may view, correct or request deletion of your personal data, and request a copy of the data you created. Email the address below and we will respond within 30 days.

07Changes to this policy

If we make a significant change to how we handle data we will announce it on the website or by email before it takes effect.
