Common questions
- Do I lose my projects when the licence expires?
- No. They stay viewable and downloadable — you just can't create new advanced projects, and the IX LAB watermark returns to shared pages.
- Do I lose remaining time if I renew early?
- No. The new term is added to what's left. Three months remaining plus a 12-month key gives you 15 months.
- How do I pay?
- Bank transfer. You place an order, we show a QR code with the transfer reference, and we email your licence key once we've matched the payment.
- Are my images uploaded to a server?
- The basic image tools run entirely in your browser — no image leaves your machine. Images are uploaded only when you deliberately save a panorama, tour or spin project.
